COMPLYING WITH RELIABILITY STANDARDS (“Agreement”) is entered into this 1st day of June, 2007, by and between: (a) Illinois Municipal Electric Agency (“IMEA”) and (b) the Village of Winnetka, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Winnetka” or “Village”). IMEA and Winnetka are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
