This Agreement shall become effective on the date first set forth above and shall remain in effect for one (1) year, and shall continue year to year thereafter unless and until it is terminated by written notice by either party at least (60) days prior to the expiration of the initial one (1) year term or any renewal term, as the case may be, or terminated by NJNG in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.
