This AGREEMENT for Land Disturbance Code Enforcement Services made by and between ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY", and the CITY OF SUNSET HILLS, MISSOURI hereinafter referred to as "MUNICIPALITY" is effective when signed and dated by both parties.

THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 16, 2021, by and between City of Victor, a Municipal Corporation organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of Idaho with its principal place of business at 10 S. Main Street, Victor, Idaho 83455 (“Victor”), and the City of Driggs, a Municipal Corporation organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of Idaho with its principal place of business at 60 S Main St , Driggs, ID 83422, (“Driggs”) and, together with Victor, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
