THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 16, 2021, by and between City of Victor, a Municipal Corporation organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of Idaho with its principal place of business at 10 S. Main Street, Victor, Idaho 83455 (“Victor”), and the City of Driggs, a Municipal Corporation organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of Idaho with its principal place of business at 60 S Main St , Driggs, ID 83422, (“Driggs”) and, together with Victor, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
