This 1st Amendment to the Agreement for the Collection, Processing, and Disposal of Residential Refuse, Recyclables, and Yard Waste for the Village of Winnebago, Illinois (the "1st Amendment") is entered into this day of , 2020, by and between RRD Holding Company, d/b/a Gill’s Freeport Disposal, Inc. (the "Contractor") and the Village of Winnebago, Illinois (the "Village").
