AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEENTHE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ANDYOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for community-based prevention services, etc., Your House Residential, Daybreak and Crisis Intervention services, on November 6, 2007; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase funding for Case Management Services for the Emancipated Foster Youth Outreach and Aftercare Program for FY 2008-09.
