Pursuant to a petition duly filed under Section VII of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act (herein called the “Act”), an subject to the approval of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board (herein called the “Board”), the undersigned parties hereby waive a hearing and any other applicable requirements contained in the Act. Additionally, the parties agree as to the validity of the petition and the filing hereof and that the petition is hereby amended to conform to this agreement.
