The City of Daytona Beach, Florida (the “City”) and Zoom-Air Daytona Beach, LLC (“Zoom Air”), Parties to the Agreement named above (the “Agreement”), which was approved by City Resolution No. 12-106, hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows, effective as of the date of last signature below by the Parties (the “Effective Date”), in consideration of the mutual understandings and covenants set forth herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged:
