This Agreement for Construction Services (the “Agreement”), effective as of the date of the last Party to sign (“Effective Date”), is made by and between COBB COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, (“County"), and STRACK, INC., a corporation licensed to do business in Georgia, (hereinafter “Contractor” or “Strack”), each a “Party” and collectively referred to as the "Parties”.
