This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the City of Desert Hot Springs (“the City”), a California charter city, and Richard A. Daniels (“Daniels”), an individual. This AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is dated for the convenience of the parties as of January 1, 2011, and it will become effective as specified herein.
