This Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which SELLER, Nevada Bell Telephone Company, shall provide to BUYER, SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc., SELLER’s DCN (Data Communications Network) service (the “network”) for the purpose of connecting through intraLATA Internet Protocol (IP) data transport and asynchronous mediation.
