This Amended & Restated Agreement for Delegation Activities (“Agreement”) is made this day of _, 2023, by and between the City of Boulder, Colorado, a Colorado home rule city, (the “City”), the County of Boulder, Colorado, a body corporate and politic, (the “County”), and Coffman Place LLC a Colorado limited liability company (the "Owner"). The City, the County, and the Owner may be referred to each as a party and collectively as the “Parties”.
