This Agreement for Delivery and Acceptance of Food Waste Slurry (“Slurry”) at Joint Water Pollution Control Plant (“Agreement”), is entered into this 9 th day of March , 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between J R Grease Trap Corp. (“COMPANY”) and County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County, a county sanitation district organized and existing pursuant to the provisions of the County Sanitation District Act, California Health and Safety Code section 4700 et seq. (“District”). COMPANY and the District are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and may be referred to individually as a “Party.”
