This agreement regarding the disposal of solid waste and operation of the Laughlin Landfill (this "Agreement") is made and entered into on the 6th day of October, 2009 ("Effective Date"), by and between the County of Clark, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (the "County" or "Clark County"), and Republic Dumpco, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Contractor"). The Contractor and County may herein be referred to collectively as the "Parties."
