LEGAL SERVICES (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into this 9th day of September 2021 by and between California Electronic Recording Transaction Network Authority (“CERTNA”), a joint powers authority of the State of California (“JPA”), and the law firm of White Brenner LLP, a California limited liability partnership (“Firm”). CERTNA and Firm may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” There are no other parties to this First Amendment.
