THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of , between IMAGINE – ST. LUCIE COUNTY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“School”) and the SCHOOL BOARD OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a district school board constituted as provided in Article IX, Section 4, of the Florida Constitution (“Sponsor”), and joined in by IMAGINE SCHOOLS NON-PROFIT, INC., a Virginia non-profit corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida (“Member”).
