THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the thirteenth (13) day of March 2018 by and between LEHI CITY, a municipality and political subdivision of the State of Utah, located at 153 North 100 East, Lehi, Utah 84043, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and LEHI HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND ARCHIVES, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, 34 East 100 North, Lehi, Utah 84043, hereinafter referred to as “Society,” which is managed and controlled by a Board of Trustees, hereinafter referred to as “Board.”
