THIS AGREEMENT FOR IMAGE REVIEW SERVICES (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (the “Mobility Authority”), and Kapsch TrafficCom USA, Inc., (the “Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”), for the purposes described herein.
