THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Dripping Springs, Hays County, Texas, (the “City”), a general law municipality organized and operating under the general laws of the state of Texas, and the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau, a registered Texas non-profit organization.

The library has agreed to participate in the William Hein Company’s Legal Theses and Dissertations Microfilm Project. Hein will make microfiche copies of papers and distribute them to subscribing libraries. Harvard, Yale, UC Berkeley, Columbia, Georgetown and other law schools are participating in this program. Please sign the attached agreement and indicate whether or not you will allow your paper to be included in this project. If you do not wish to have your paper microfilmed by Hein, the library will have it microfilmed by a local document preservation company. THIS AGREEMENT FOR INCLUSION OF PROPERTY (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2022, by and between the LEDGE ROCK CENTER COMMERCIAL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“District”), and the TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, a home-rule municipality of the Counties of Larimer and Weld, State of Colorado (“Town” or “Petitioner”) (the District and the Petitioner may each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties,” as the context implies).
