An Order authorizing the County Administrator to execute an Agreement for Installation and Maintenance of Gaging Station between the United States Department of the Interior, United States Geological Survey, and Jackson County has been prepared as an item for the July 14, 2021, Board Meeting agenda. The Agreement has been approved by County Counsel as to legal sufficiency and is on file in the County Administrator’s Office.

The landowner agrees that the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), , may install and maintain a gaging station on the landowner's property at a mutually agreed-upon site at the location listed below. The landowner also agrees that the USGS will have access to the site, as it reasonably deems necessary for water level and meteorology sampling during the life of this agreement.
