BAY PARKS AND OPEN SPACES ("Agreement") dated for reference purposes only as of [DATE], is entered into by the City and County of San Francisco (“City”), acting by and through the San Francisco Port Commission ("Port") and its Recreation and Park Department ("RPD"), and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco (commonly known as the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure or “OCII”, a public body, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California), acting in its capacity as the Community Facilities District No. 5 (Mission Bay Maintenance District).
