SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND STUDIO EM THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and STUDIO EM, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for the purpose of marketing job development on May 3, 2005; and WHEREAS, the parties entered into a First Amendment to the Agreement on October 6, 2005 to increase funds for the purpose of continuing to market job development; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to further amend the Agreement to extend the term to June 30, 2007 and increase the funds by $75,000. Of this amount, $18,000 will be for Human Services Agency (HSA) Program Support printing costs for the HOPE plan FY 2005-
