between the City of Tallahassee, a Florida municipal corporation (the “City”), whose principal place of business is 300 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, and Tallahassee Auto Investors I, LLC d/b/a Tallahassee Ford (the “Vendor”), whose principal place of business is 243 North Magnolia Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32302. The City and the Vendor may be referred to individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties."
