THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (“County”), and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, Inc., a non-profit, Texas corporation, (“Boys & Girls Club”) to perform Services at Fresno Boys and Girls Club (the “Fresno BGC”) located at 1031 West Sycamore Road in Fresno, Fort Bend County, Texas (collectively referred to as the “parties”).
