Farner’s Fine Art, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“Farner”), agrees to sell the original work of art described on the signature page (“Work”) created by Darla Farner (“Artist”) to the Collector identified on the signature page of this Agreement (“Agreement”). Farner and the Collector enter into this agreement on the date set forth on the signature page (“Effective Date”).
