THIS AGREEMENT FOR PARAMEDIC SERVICES (the "Agreement") made as of the 1st day of July, 2024 (the "Effective Date"), by and among THE NORWALK HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION, a Connecticut nonstock corporation, acting herein by Peter Cordeau, its President, hereunto duly authorized (hereinafter referred to as "Hospital" or "Norwalk Hospital"), THE TOWN OF WILTON, a Connecticut municipality, acting herein by Its First Selectman, hereunto duly authorized, and THE TOWN OF WESTON, a Connecticut municipality, acting herein by Its First Selectman, hereunto duly authorized (hereinafter singularly referred to as "Town" and jointly referred to as the "Towns"), and WILTON WESTON ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT ASSOCIATION, INC., acting herein by a corporate officer, hereunto duly authorized ("WWALS").
