Approve agreement for four and one-half (4.5) years beginning on January 1, 2016, with two (2) one (1) year options, for a total possible Contract term of six and one-half (6.5) years. Authorize the General Manager to correct clerical errors and make small changes prior to the commencement date of January 1, 2016.
