The City owns six (6) parking garages, commonly known as the Smart Park Garage System. The City’s Bureau of General Services (BGS) manages the garages through the Agreement for Garage System Services with Star Park, LLC (Garage Manager). The Garage Manager is responsible for overall garage management, janitorial and security services. This Agreement requires the Contractor to provide parking attendant and revenue collection services.
