PROPERTY (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of July 1, 2017 by and between Athol Solar Holdings, LLC a Massachusetts limited liability company ("Developer"), and the TOWN OF ATHOL, a Massachusetts municipal corporation duly established by law located in Worcester County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the "Town"). Developer and the Town are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties" and are individually referred to as a "Party".
