APPURTENANCES (“Amendment”) dated as of the later date below is by and between City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, having a mailing address at 555 S. 10th Street, Room 103, Lincoln, NE 68508 (“City”) and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor by merger to AT&T Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, d/b/a AT&T Wireless Services, by AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, its manager, having a mailing address at 1025 Lenox Park Blvd. NE, 3rd Floor, Atlanta, GA 30319 (“Tenant”).

AN ORDINANCE accepting and approving the Agreement for PCS Tower and Appurtenances between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC for the placement of telecommunications facilities upon City property generally located at 5500 W. Superior Street (Airpark Site No. 871386) and authorizing the Mayor to sign such Agreement on behalf of the City.
