This Agreement, dated the of September 2019, is between the City of Bryan, the receiving party, a home-rule municipal corporation located in Brazos County, Texas (hereinafter called “CITY”), and Junction Five-O-Five, the performing party, a Texas nonprofit corporation (hereinafter called Community Rehabilitation Program “CRP”), and certified by WorkQuest (formerly known as Texas Industries for the Blind and Handicapped, hereinafter called “TIBH Industries”), pursuant to the authority granted and in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 122, Texas Human Resources code, do hereby agree as follows:
