This agreement is entered into between the County of Shasta, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Shasta County”) and the County of Siskiyou, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Placing County”) for the purpose of allowing Placing County to place wards of the juvenile court (“Placing County Ward”) (“Shasta County” and “Placing County” are, collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”) in Shasta County’s Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility on a space-available basis.
