This Agreement for Possession and Use (“Agreement”) is made and dated for reference purposes as of the date set forth below, by and between the San Bernardino County Flood Control District ("District") and the City of Eastvale (“City”) concerning a public project related to the construction of the Limonite Gap Closure Capital Improvement Project (the “Project”). District and City are referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
