This Agreement for Preconstruction Services ("Agreement") is entered into as of insert date by and between insert Contractor's name (California License # insert License #) ("Contractor") and MidPen Housing Corporation ("Owner") with respect to Contractor's provision of pre-construction services on the Downtown San Mateo Opportunity Sites affordable housing development, including but not limited to all site work, residential buildings and underground parking structure ("Project") on a site in San Mateo, California.
