THIS AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT (hereinafter called “Agreement”), is made on or as of the 21st day of November, 2006, by and among the COUNTY OF JASPER, IOWA, a political subdivision (hereinafter called “County”) of the State of Iowa acting under the authorization of Chapter 403 of the Code of Iowa, 2005, as amended (hereinafter called “Urban Renewal Act”) and CENTRAL IOWA ENERGY, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company having an office for the transaction of business at 3426 East 28th Street North, Newton, Iowa (the “Developer”).

Box 435, New Hampton, Iowa 50659 (the “Developer”).
