THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2009, by and between the TOWN of SOUTHWEST RANCHES, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "TOWN", and CURRIE SOWARDS AGUILA ARCHITECTS, INC., a Florida corporation licensed as an ARCHITECT Business with the State of Florida under License Nos. AA0002271 and AA26001584 with Qualifying ARCHITECT, Robert G. Currie, License No. 4964, hereinafter referred to as "ARCHITECT".
