THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (“County”), and the Fort Bend YMCA, a division of the YMCA of Greater Houston, a non-profit, Texas corporation, (“YMCA”) to perform Services at Beasley Elementary School (the “Community Center”) located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
