Renz Trust dated December 30, 1996, as amended, and Pamela Martin, Successor Trustee of the Virginia R. Renz Trust dated December 30, 1996 (collectively, “Seller”), whose address is 1033 Camby Circle, Grass Lake, Michigan 49240 and the Scio Township, a Michigan municipal corporation, whose address is 827 N. Zeeb Rd., Ann Arbor MI 48103 (“Purchaser”). Seller hereby agrees to sell and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase the following real estate located in Scio Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as:
