This Agreement for School-Based Peer Support Group for Grieving Children and Adolescents is entered into by and between Caring Foundation (“Foundation”) and Big Spring School District (“School”) as of the last date of signing by a party (“Effective Date”) and will terminate twenty- four (24) months from the Effective Date, unless otherwise extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
