The City of Rapid City has entered into an Agreement with SDDOT for a Transportation Alternatives project for construction of SDDOT TA Project P TAPU (15) PCN 05CC in the City of Rapid City. The project is for construction of a concrete sidewalk/shared use path in West Memorial Park in Rapid City. The project is located between along I-190 (West Boulevard) and Mt. Rushmore Road (8th Street). The sidewalk/shared use path is generally as shown as future improvements on the West Memorial Park Project constructed in 2018, City Project #2246.
