AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AND DEVICESGENERAL TERMS ACORDO PARA SERVIÇOS E DISPOSITIVOS TERMOS GERAIS 1. DOCUMENTS AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 1.1. The General Terms of the Agreement for the Services and Devices shall be applicable and explained in conjunction with the Special Terms concluded between Ruptela and the Customer.1.2. Depending on the Special Terms concluded between the Parties, the Subject-matter of the Agreement may be the Purchase and Sale of Devices, the Purchase and Sale of Devices in instalments, the Rent of Devices, the TrustTrack Service, the GSM Service, the Technical Support Service, the MDM Service or other Services provided by Ruptela that the Parties agree upon in the Special Terms, or any combination thereof. 1.3.
