The Town Council of the Town of Town of Truckee has adopted, and the voters of the Town of Truckee (hereafter called “Town”) have approved by the required majority vote, the Town of Truckee Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance (hereafter called “Ordinance”), a copy of which is attached hereto. To carry out the provisions of Part 1.6 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code and the Ordinance, the California State Department of Tax and Fee Administration, (hereinafter called the “Department”) and the Town do agree as follows:
