An AGREEMENT FOR SUBTRACT METER ELECTRIC SERVICE can be executed at Oncor Electric Delivery’s sole discretion to serve a petroleum industry customer via the electric facilities of another petroleum industry customer operating private distribution lines in the area. This agreement is typically advantageous when it is not practical or economical for the customer to have Oncor Electric Delivery provide service through Oncor’s own distribution lines due to the distance of the proposed subtract meter customer from existing Oncor lines. Eligibility for consideration for subtract meter electric service is dependent on the following criteria:
