This AGREEMENT FOR TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE (“Termination Agreement”) is made on the 27th day of June 2023, to be retroactively effective August 16, 2022, (the “Effective Date”), by and among Philux Global Group Inc.
