This Agreement for Artist Residency (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of December, 2020, (hereinafter referred to as the effective date of the agreement) by and between Teton County, a duly organized county of the State of Wyoming, P.O. Box 1727, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (hereinafter referred to as "County") and the artist, Suzanne Morlock (hereinafter referred to as "Artist").
