This Agreement for the Design, Sale and Installation of a Public Address (PA) System (the “Agreement”) dated as of July 15, 2020, is between Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC ("Contractor") and Routt County, Colorado ("County"), by and through its Board of County Commissioners ("Board").
