This document is the main agreement recording the nature of the Deliverables to be supplied by or on behalf of HESA Services to the Client and associated terms and conditions specific to those Deliverables. These Specific Conditions are valid and effective only in conjunction with the Standard Terms and Conditions set out in the Schedule. Terms not defined within this part of the Agreement shall be interpreted as provided for in clause 1 of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
