This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Helen Keller International, hereinafter referred to as “Helen Keller Intl” or “Partner”, and Newark Board of Education hereinafter referred to as “NBE” or the “Board” for the purpose of facilitating the selected health services described in Section 6 of this Agreement (the “Services”) on school sites of NBE and/or at designated agency sites.
