This Agreement is made on the day of June, 2015 between the City of Sunnyvale, a California municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"), on behalf of the NOVA Workforce Board, and JobTrain, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational and training institution (hereinafter referred to as “Subrecipient” or “JobTrain”).
