Recommended Action: Move that the Board execute Agreement KC-023-20 with Olympic Educational Service District #114. Summary: This Agreement with Olympic Educational Service District #114 provides $733,695 of Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and Therapeutic Court Tax funds for the time period January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020. The goal of this program is to prevent and reduce the impacts of disabling chemical dependency and mental illness by creating and investing in effective, data-driven programs for a continuum of recovery-oriented systems of care per RCW 8
