THIS AGREEMENT OF EXCHANGE OF STOCK (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of January 30, 2015, by and between AllCom, a Nevada corporation (“AllCom”), and WWA Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“WWAG”).
